A long-time friend of Ron Yates, assistant winemaker Reagan Sivadon got his first experience at Spicewood Vineyards as a volunteer. With a background in construction management and building restoration, Reagan joined Spicewood full-time in 2012 working in the vineyard to build the trellises and irrigation systems. Over time he began spending more hours in the winery with Todd learning the wine making process, and transitioned to the role of assistant winemaker. The father of two is an avid student of the wine industry and enjoys discovering new Texas wines.
Hilary Coniglione
Event Manager
Hilary started as a 2017 Spicewood Vineyard’s bride who quickly became a Wine Club member and soon after began assisting with event management at the vineyard. Hilary has been managing weddings and events with us since 2020 and has been in the event planning industry for over a decade. She is detail oriented, comm8unicative, energetic, thoughtful and dedicated to each of our clients and to the events she plans for guests of the vineyard too. Hilary ensures everyone has a great time when they step foot onto our property.
